to adults. Classes are held at Washington Elementary
School and Lake

Family Martial Arts Centre. They
offer a wide variety of classes that teach to many specific age and skill
levels. All new students are offered two weeks of free lessons without making
any obligations. Prospective students may try all classes before making a
decision to join.
